The Royal Palace of Sawantwadi

On a bright Thursday afternoon I decided to visit the Royal Palace of Sawantwadi is nestled amidst lush green forests, beautiful valleys, and a lake,  in the Konkan belt of Maharashtra.

The Malabar grey hornbill

The Malabar grey hornbillis maily found on the Western Ghats in India.  They have a large beak but lack the casque that is prominent in some other hornbill species. They are found mainly in dense forest and around rubber, arecanut or coffee plantations. They move around feeding on figs and other forest fruits. They have a loud cackling and laughing call.

Egypt the Land of Pyramid

We began our day in Egypt with with prayers and got in our coach and proceeded to the ionic place that finds itself on the bucket list for many world travelers, “the Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, which is the biggest draws in all of Egypt.”
